The Objective & Impact
IELTS Mock was designed and developed entirely as a voluntary project. Preparation for standardized tests can be prohibitively expensive, so the primary objective was to build a comprehensive, high-quality, and completely free resource for students globally. The platform allows users to practice Reading, Listening, and Writing modules with immediate feedback loops to accelerate their learning.
Key Features & Architecture
Real-Time Evaluation
Engineered an automated grading system for Listening and Reading. Upon completion, students instantly receive their scores and a breakdown of their mistakes, allowing them to review answers without delay.
AI Writing Assessor
Integrated an advanced AI API to evaluate user-submitted essays for the Writing module. This provides students with objective scoring, grammatical corrections, and structural feedback, a feature typically locked behind premium paywalls.
Speaking Partner Network
Developed a community networking feature that allows users to find and connect with other active students to practice the Speaking module together via third-party communication tools.
